The New Pathway to Initiation

The Cubite Dinner

If a man has gone through one iteration of the Brothers Rising program, he is eligible to be selected as a candidate for the Cubite process. Upon a vote conducted through an official ritualistic meeting of the Cube, men may be offered the opportunity to partake in the Cubite process which will likely lead to their initiation as full Cube men. In this case, they will be invited to the Cubite Dinner, which is a way for the Cube members to get to know the Cubites and discern whether they will agree to fully initiate them when the time comes.

Discernment Period

After the Cubite dinner, the Cubites will be in a period of discernment, which will last a few months, in which the brothers of the Cube will have an opportunity to get to know the Cubites more deeply. This process will mainly be conducted through phone calls and personal meetings with each Cubite at the request of each Cube man.

Cubite Exam

During the discernment process, the Cubites should familiarize themselves with the basic symbols, virtues, beliefs, and objectives of the Order of the Cube. At the end of this period, there will be a brief exam to show that the Cubites have an understanding of the organization that they are about to join. This gives the Order confidence that the Cubites are committed to the group and that they will understand the solemn promises that they will soon make.

Initiation Procedure

After all components of the Cubite process have been completed and the members take a final vote for each Cubite, there will be chosen an initiation date. The initiation procedure will take up one evening, inducting all chosen men fully into the Order. To provide a special and unique experience for all members of the Cube, the contents of the initiation procedure shall always be kept secret. All practices of the Cube are always in accordance with Christian moral teaching, and so any abuse, humiliation, or sacrilegious practices will not be found in connection with our initiation ceremony.
